1. Nature of Advisory Services
BYM Global Education Services is a certified educational consultancy facilitating admission guidance, profile shortlisting, standardized exam strategies, and document compilation for accredited private Indian colleges and international universities.
2. Authentic Advisory: Absence of Guarantees
In strict adherence to ethical educational consultancy codes:
- Admission Decisions: Final admission, seat offer, and branch allocation are exclusively decided by institutional academic selection boards. BYM does not guarantee admission.
- Visa Decisions: Sovereign foreign embassies and consular officers possess the sole discretion to grant or reject student visas. BYM does not guarantee visa approval.
- Scholarships: Financial aid and scholarship awards depend strictly on university endowments, quota availability, and applicant merit.
3. Student Responsibilities
The student/parent agrees to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and authentic academic certificates, test scorecards, and financial proofs.
- Comply with application submission deadlines and test registration dates.
- Adhere to the institutional code of conduct and immigration laws of the destination country.
4. Private Sector Focus
BYM Global Education Services operates with private colleges, autonomous universities, deemed institutions, and international higher education providers. We do not provide government college quotas or public medical seat processing.
